St Clair is a newly developed community featuring 22 hectares of waterways and parks complete with it's own shops, cafes and a medical centre. It is located about 20-25 minutes from the CBD via Port or Torrens Road, but but with it's own train station along with regular buses public commute is a breeze.

Not only is it an easy step to the city it's also only 5km from the sea. Close by you will find West Lakes Mall, Hindmarsh Stadium, North Adelaide, and the reinvigorated Port area plus schools, golf courses, cinemas, medical services and more.

Median house prices range from $539,500 for a 3 bedroom to $692,000 for a 4 bedroom home. Rent sits at an average price of $415 per week for a 3 bedroom property.

"Peaceful & Super Convenient- I had previously lived in Woodville and know the area very well! Woodville North/St Clair is extremely convenient to local amenities including local schools, shopping facilities and public transport (trains & buses) plus it's distance from the city and beaches. The suburb is fairly safe however does lack night life including eateries. It's definitely an up and coming suburb that's perfect to live in and invest."

"Superb estate, we have been here for almost a year and it is fantastic. We can't fault it. Now that the wetlands are full of plants and water it looks great. We have great views over the main playing oval which is always green and well maintained as is all the lawned areas in the estate. The grand stand is coming down and St Clair Ave extension is now open meaning the rest of the development is moving along very nicely......we love it and would highly recommend it to families, couples, singles and retirees....everybody."
