Kindergyms are a great place for the kids to burn off some energy, meet new friends and engage with your child. My son loves running around playing on the trampoline and all the gym equipment, it reminds me of when I was younger doing gymnastics.
I went to Sheidow Park Primary School recently in the hopes of checking out the school at the same time. It's never too early to start thinking about what school to send your children and get a feel for them.
During the session, the kids can play with what they want ranging from balls in hoops and nets, trikes and rollerboards, vaults and much more. There's music playing in the background so the kids can have a dance when they're not running around.
The kids are allowed to play on the school playground afterwards, just to make sure they have worn themselves out.
Michelle who runs the kindergym is a level 1 kindergym/gymnastics coach.
