A tantalising tour around North Adelaide that no foodie should miss!
If your interests include meeting new people and exploring all that the exciting North Adelaide food culture hub has to offer, the Adelaide Food Safari has the event for you!
Adelaide Food Safari Club organises monthly food adventures for members. Each event has a different theme exploring a particular food, dish, cuisine, or area and visits multiple locations within walking distance of each other.
On the tour, you’ll meet interesting people with a passion for food and taste their creations. It's free to join. Simply fill out the form and they’ll let you know about each monthly event.
Tantalise your tastebuds and explore the theme of SPICE at the first of four weekly Sweet & Spicey Adelaide Food Safari events starting on Sunday 31st March at 5:15pm. Other events will take place on Sunday 7th April, Sunday 14th April and Sunday 21st April.
Each 3-hour tour includes a visit to four local establishments. Since the theme is spice, you’ll visit a Moroccan, Thai, Indian and dessert venue on the tour.
Experience a wide range of cuisines and flavours that embody each venue’s passion and philosophy, and discover just why each of these establishments are considered a gem of Adelaide’s food culture!
You’ll be able to see Adelaide from an intimate, local perspective and hear the stories and passion behind the venues from the proprietors themselves.
There will be some walking involved on the day, so please wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella if the weather calls for it. A sit-down break is offered in between.
The price is $65 per person. This covers all food tastings. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.
This is a tour that no Adelaide foodie should miss. Sweet & Spicey will run for 4 dates only, and then it’s gone forever!
Where: Wellington Square, North Adelaide
