Hi Mums

Firstly I want to say thanks to all of you who share your knowledge ,experiences advice ,opinions on the posts. I have read so many of them and now gathered the courage to seek some advice on my situation.
I am in abusive relationship, it's a nightmare now to deal with.I never had the courage to come out of my wedlock as I don't have any support here .i migrated to Adelaide few years back and it's been my home since.its all about my child I gave time to the relationship to heal but it's done more damage than the mending. My question is
1. How do I start the whole divorce process.can I seek some advice from legal aid or do I have to hire a lawyer.
2. What will happen to my child's custody as I left my job after I had him have not spent a single day without him can there be a case where my partner gets 100 percent custody as he's working and I am a SAHM.
3. Who will mediate if we don't talk to each other and cannot come to agreeable terms reg our child custody matters
4. If I move out of my partners home with my child can he stop me from taking him along.
