?Anonymous Post? Should I speak with the director?

My daughter goes to a childcare centre that is highly rated and she enjoys it. However, I feel uncomfortable there and lately there have been a few issues. What does everyone think? 1. I've picked her up a few times and she has had a poo in her nappy. They are supposed to be changed right before I pick her up (I pick her up a bit early) so I feel they might be skipping the change knowing I am picking her up. But it has happened 4 times, even after I pointed it out twice. I didn't tell them how many times it had happened, that is a conversation I will have to have soon. 2. There was an animal lady who visited the centre recently: she had chickens and rabbits and a few others. I'm allergic to rabbits and cats. My daughter is allergic to cats, so I assumed she might have the same very mild allergy that I have. So on the consent form, I wrote, might be mildly allergic to rabbits as i am etc, so please make sure to wipe her hands straight after she has touched them. I also told the worker that is was NOT a big deal - because I already felt a bit auspicious and antagonized for some reason - and that it didn't matter too much but her eyes might just get itchy as happens to me (It's not nice but it's not encephalactic). Anyway I picked her up and they told me they hadn't let her touch any animals at all because she might be allergic. All of the other kids got to touch the animals, but not her. They at no point communicated that this would happen and I felt so awful for her that I want to cry. What should I do - should I find a new centre? Talk to the centre director?
