A class for all Mums to learn to exercise the safe yet sweaty way
Navigating the world of fitness pre and post pregnancy is hard and overwhelming, especially when you are feeling tired and possibly have a few other children in tow.
Plenty of places offer pre or postnatal yoga or Pilates. But if you are a Mum who doesn’t mind a sweat session, or who wants to throw some weight around and loves a good deadlift, the options are limited.
BELLA is a truly unique class for all the Mums. And it doesn't matter if you are about to become a Mum, are a recent Mum, or a Mum of a 21 year old. Bella is all about finding real strategies for all your pre and postnatal concerns.
What makes this class so Mum friendly, is that you can bring along your children or babies, and safely learn how to exercise at the intensity that you desire.
BELLA is capped at 6 participants so you get the attention you deserve. Run by a fully qualified and highly experienced trainer, BELLA will get you sweatier than your average pilates class, whilst keeping you safe and educating you along the way. The trainer will guide you through more high intensity exercises, and work towards strategies to help you be your most confident self in the gym.
Classes will cover all the fundamental big moves, lifts and jumps whilst educating you how to rehabilitate post birth or prevent pregnancy related dysfunction. This may sound scary, because prolapse, leakage, diastasic and other pregnancy related symptoms are common. But that doesn't mean that they are normal, or you can't learn how to exercise safely and without wearing a pad.
Remember, BELLA is a safe place to ask all the questions you want, to get a deeper understanding of your symptoms.
The aim of BELLA is to work with you wards a higher intensity exercise having you feel STRONGER and more CONFIDENT than you did pre children.
