Easter Egg and Chocolate Truffle Class

Learn how to make Easter eggs and truffles using Belgian coverture chocolate. In this class you will learn how to make a chocolate truffle mixture from scratch and all the steps in between to create delicious chocolate coated truffles. Learn how to temper chocolate using the seeding method, the simplest and cleanest way in her opinion. You will then make your own hollow Easter Egg and dip your hand rolled truffles (approximately 25) in chocolate.
