Enjoy the best that Winter brings, by spending the day on an ice-skating rink.
Winter is inevitable. We may as well embrace the cold, frosty weather by rugging up and hitting the rink.
ICE ArenA is a not-for-profit Ice skating rink and sporting complex, that provides endless fun activities for children and adults alike. It is the perfect place to take your family during weekends, school holidays, and as an after-school sport.
Running every second Saturday, join Foodi on their interactive Chocolate Walking Tour, where you will discover some of these chocolatiers and gain insight into their craft.
Winter sports, such as Ice Hockey and Figure Skating are bound to become popular since the Olympic Winter Games were recently held in Pyeongchang this year. ICE ArenA hold regular introductory classes that teach children and adults basic skating techniques, which are a great foundation for Figure Skating and Ice Hockey. For more information on their Skate School, click here. They also have times available throughout the week to try your had at ice hockey and figure skating.

Or, if you are just after some fun for the kids, the arena is open to the general public every day at different times each day, for some free play and ice skating.

Now, for a little bit of snow fun. Majority of Australia is too warm to produce any snow (although I sometimes feel it's cold enough for a blizzard!), which means a lot of children have never seen or felt snow. ICE ArenA have come to the rescue with Snow Play. Every second Thursday from 10:00am- 2:00pm (6 years and under), and Every Friday from 5:45pm- 7:15pm (7- 14 years old) children are able to build snowmen, have tube and sled rides, and even take part in a snowball fight. Be sure to rug up (and bring gloves) because it is going to be icy, but fun!
Don't forget, ICE ArenA also host Birthday Parties. For $25 per guest, there will be plenty of food, drinks, and ice fun.
