Skip the emergency queue, let Family Home Doctors come to you – 100% Bulk Billed.
Family Home Doctors provides urgent medical service to the South Australian community on weeknights, weekends and public holidays.
They understand understand that not all health needs happen during office hours, so they make an extra effort to reassure patients in these moments, by providing medical care that is expedient and personable.
The majority of the patients they see are children aged under six years old, and they can provide services for newborn babies who do not yet have their Medicare card.
Family Home Doctors provides services that are 100% bulk billed. They will do the claiming processes to Medicare, Bupa, Medibank and HCF on your behalf. There are no charges to you if you hold Medicare, DVA, concession or private health insurance card (e.g. Bupa, Medibank and HCF).
Their team of home doctors work in conjunction with daytime medical services, so your consultation notes will be immediately sent to the medical centre where your doctor consults. And with a wait time of 1 to 4 hours, their Call Centre Representatives are there to keep patients informed of any updates on their doctors' ETA.
They cover the whole of the Adelaide metropolitan area.
Family Home Doctors are fully certified by Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL), which demonstrates their:
Dedication to delivering high quality care and safety to patients as outlined by Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
Commitment to continuous quality improvements including their service delivery and staff training.
