The third Goodness Me Wellness Festival returns this spring with an exciting all-ages event! Don't miss this opportunity to engage in a vibrant celebration of connection, creativity, and community with your family!

Held on Saturday 16th November 2024 on the beautiful grounds of Riverdell Spiritual Centre, the family-friendly edition of the Goodness Me is a festival unlike any other, offering a jam-packed day of yoga, sound healing, ceremony, breathwork, creative craft, live music, artisan market stalls, nourishing food, education, and so much more. Tickets are now on sale.

What to Expect:

Goodness Me is a community-centred gathering where people of all walks are invited to connect, experience, and express themselves, with classes, activations, workshops, and live music sets to enjoy!

The upcoming event is family-friendly because organisers believe that children bring unparalleled joy and wisdom to our lives, offering us lessons in how to move through the world with openness and wonder. On the day, children will have access to the dedicated Mini Me Section while Mums and Dads can enjoy the Main Stage, Mind Stage, Craft Area, Bell Tent, and Zen Den.

The day is suited to all beings, whether simply curious about spirituality and well-being modalities or a seasoned yogi ready to immerse.

Interactive Experiences: including yoga, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, creative craft, education workshops - plus so much more.

Live Music: including Rod Coote, Bortier Okoe + Justin DJ.

Artisan Alley & Eat + Drink: Discover food trucks cooking up delicious vegetarian & vegan food, as well as market stallholders selling a collection of beautiful locally made products with an emphasis on sustainability and creativity.

Zen Den: A dedicated place for you to relax and tune inward. Offering Energy Healing (Reiki & SoulNar Therapy), Readings (tarot card readings, palm readings & intuitive readers) and Massage Therapy (Ayurvedic massage, remedial massage, & Zenthai Shiatsu).

Mini Me Section: A range of entertainment, workshops and interactive experiences just for kids! Highlights include Happyness with Vanessa Curry, Glass Lantern with Pressed Botanical's Art with the Green Room Adl and Laugh.Stretch.Activate. with Nicki Brunton.
