Visitors find the old cheese factory transformed into a large emporium style chocolate and confectionery factory shop with 6 different rooms: Chocolate Room, Depositing Room, Packing Room, Panning Room, Toffee Room and the Cooling Tunnel.
Eat your way through the awesome range of handmade cakes, gateaux and chocolate truffles. Giant muffins, sweet and syrupy Greek cakes, and the best Xmas puddings. Fresh strawberries with waffles dipped in melted Belgian chocolate, and giant Belgian chocolate crackles. Sugar free, gluten free cakes, slices and muffins.
Haigh’s are proud to be the oldest family-owned chocolate maker in Australia. Today the company is run by fourth generation Haighs, Alister and Simon - joint Managing Directors since 1990 and John Haigh, Chairman of the Board.
