 I am overwhelmed

Hi I'm after some advice.
I have a nearly 2.5 year old and 5 month old. I live with my husband and a few animals.
In the past we have a massive fight over him not helping out with housework and being selfish and just never being money smart. He never changes I'm left crying and he yells and swears and brings up problems he has with me. I'm honestly done. I can't do this anymore. I need to end things I just don't know where to start. I'm not talking about it again to him as he has started out but the bare minum. Using the dryer instead of hanging clothes out. Did a quick sweep but left the pile of dirt and animal fur on the ground so now the fur has just blown across the floor again. He acted so proud and like he wanted praise but I have so much to do and he jumps straight onto the computer after work to game up to 5 hours. I do absolutely everything for our children. He's a big drinker. I'm sick of trying to pick up after a toddler and him. He leaves bottles and bottle caps around, rubbish, dishes, his dirty socks. I'm literally broke mentally and emotionally and can't do this anymore. We will never get anywhere in life because we never have any money as he spends it on take away and beer and now he has to pay weekly payments for his computer which I told him I didn't want him to get. Our car is so old and worn out we won't be able to afford a new one when it dies since we can't afford to fix anything on it.
Where do I go to seek help? I will be moving into my mum's and most likely taking her older car so he can still have the car which is in his name. The Wi-Fi, his phone are under my name, electricity and gas under mine. We can't afford our water bill but some how we can afford to drink every week? I just want a better life for me and the kids. I don't think he'll ever wake up and see there is a problem with his life. I came home the other day staying at mums who lives an hour away carrying all these things in and he just sat there out the front drinking with his boss and colleague. He opened the day after about my 5th trip. Did I mention I had my gallbladder removed last Tuesday and I'm not supposed to be lifting and taking it easy. Yeah well that's why I stayed at my mums so I had help with the kids and didn't need to worry about housework. But now I'm home and he did basically nothing my floors are disgusting since I cleaned them the day before my surgery I am overwhelmed and my 5 month old won't let me put him down.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and how is your life now? I don't know if I just take the essentials and come down for more things with someone when he's at work. Do I take all the animals because I just don't see him looking after them.
