Do you find it difficult to sign up for a gym membership because Creche times are not convenient for you? Discard those stresses and worries, Kangatraining is the perfect exercise class for you.

Kangatraining is designed for mums with bubs to have the workout they desire, while having the physical and emotional attachment to their babies. Thatís right, a physical attachment- meaning your little one is attached to you (with the help of a baby carrier) while you exercise.

Do you want to learn how to knit? Or have recently started and would like to meet some new friends to share your creativity with, all while having a good chat? Adelaide Knitting Club has classes starting in January 2019.
The Adelaide Crochet Club meets on a regular basis to learn crochet, meet other local mums, and to have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along.
The workouts focus on flexibility, strength, and helping the pelvic floor and core muscles develop again. All Kangatraining instructors are specifically trained in this method of exercise, and they are mums too, so you know they empathise and understand with each and every mum- no matter what stage in the post-partum journey you are on.

So you think this sounds like a fantastic class to join, yet you donít have a carrier? No problem at all. There are baby carriers available at every class to hire, so there is no need to rush out to the baby store to pick up an expensive carrier.
