Get the kids faces out of their iPads or Playstations and get moving this weekend, or plan some cool school holiday activities.

Activities include things such as the [Link http://www.adelaideparklands.com.au/parks-and-squares/bonython-park-tulya-wodli/ Bonython Park Nature Activity Hub] which is a fantastic new refurbished playground near the kiosk serving a range of food and drinks.



At the [Link https://www.police.sa.gov.au/your-safety/road-safety/road-safety-centre SAPOL Learn to Ride Centre] children can learn how to ride their bike in simulated traffic conditions, complete with road signs and traffic lights. Then finish the day with a sausage sizzle at one of the nearby barbecue spots.



While you are in the city and finishing off one of your day of activities, do yourself a favour and grab a fantastic bite to eat at the [Link http://rivercafe.com.au/ River Cafe and Red Ochre Grill.] This place is personally one of my favourite places to eat in Adelaide.



Whatever itinerary you choose, or whether you do them all, the whole family will enjoy going from place to place and experiencing a whole range of fun and relaxing activities. It will get everyone out of the house, away from technology and getting some fresh air.
