Hope Valley is situated in Tea Tree Gully on the foothills of Eastern Adelaide and the gateway to Houghton, Chain of Ponds and Cudlee Creek. It is around a 30 minute drive to the CBD, however is surrounded by beautiful scenery, walking trails, hikes and fresh air, not to mention the Tea Tree Plaza, the shopping hub of the North East.

Median house prices are around $390,000-$450,000 for 3-4 bedroom homes and $340 for a 3 bedroom rental and the demographic mostly consists of established families through to the elderly.
