The Messy Caterpillar has a range of unique Mud Kitchens that are perfect for messy, outdoor play!

Messy play is easily one of the best ways for children to learn and explore their own surroundings, and what better place to experience messy play than an outdoor kitchen?

Finding quality, Australian-made outdoor play equipment, however, can be a challenge. The Messy Caterpillar’s Mud Kitchen range are made right here in Adelaide and are designed to be durable and withstand the harsh Australian climate.

Do you want to learn how to knit? Or have recently started and would like to meet some new friends to share your creativity with, all while having a good chat? Adelaide Knitting Club has classes starting in January 2019.
Join Adelaide Food Safari Club for their 3-hour Cheese & Wine tour around Adelaide’s excellent wine bar scene.
Each of the Mud Kitchens are handmade using sustainably sourced and quality timber, so your child can enjoy outdoor play, the way its meant to be - MESSY!

There are three different sized kitchens available: The Apprentice, The Cook and The Chef, each offering different play experiences to suit families and early learning centres of all sizes.

Each kitchen includes a stove top, mixing bowl and utensils - perfect for whipping up a batch of mud pies!

You can choose from one of four carefully selected colour schemes that will complement your kitchen perfectly. The kitchens are available in uniquely Australian-inspired colours: The Gumnut, The Wanderer, The Desert Rose and The Blue Ulysses.
