Hi mums,

My 7yo has recently been diagnosed with ADHD. The paediatrician has recommended medication which we are not necessarily opposed to as life has been very challenging and exhausting getting to this point. However, we obviously would like to do some research to understand what other support networks there are (ie fb groups or communities, or other support networks) who can help guide us through our options or where we can learn about alternative therapies/activities/natural meds etc that have been successful.
I'd particularly like to hear from anyone with experience with ADHD kids either as a parent, teacher or medical professional.
