The Wild Food Huntress - A Foragers Feast

Kate Grigg (The Wild Food Huntress) Will bring you an event that will not only be educational but also (hopefully) entertaining. You will not only learn about the edibility and medicinal values of introduced weed species that can be found in the area but also get to view and sample a basket full of pre foraged plants as well. At the end of the event you will get to sample some pre prepared ingredients including prickly pear paddles, wild artichokes and pickled walnuts to name a few.
