Toddler Sense, Adelaide

Introducing an exciting and colourful world, where toddlers can sing, dance, explore, and play

Toddler Sense is a follow on program from Baby Sensory, for children between the ages of 13 months to four years. If you have a child under 13 months old, please read my article on Baby Sensory.

Similar to Baby Sensory, Toddler Sense provides children with the ability to develop their cognitive, motor, language, and social skills through the use of age appropriate games and activities.

The hour-long session is divided into three different play experiences:

Exploratory Play Time: Allows the children time to settle and become familiar with their environment. It also allows parents to catch up with one another before the mat time begins.

Mat Time: Is designed as a whole group experience. During this time, children and parents sing songs, play games with a parachute, and tapping sticks.

Time For Adventure: During this time, children are encouraged to explore their surroundings and the equipment provided for them. It is a great experience for children to learn to interact with their peers, and develop their physical and cognitive skills.

You and your family are invited to a Photography for Parents Workshop on Saturday 11th May 2019 at Rymill Park.
Toddler Sense is divided into three different age groups:
New Explorers: 13 months- 20 months
Adventurers: 20 months – 3 years
Rangers: 3 – 4 years

The different age groups allow the children to have their developmental needs met, by using age appropriate activities and equipment.

Toddler Sense is quite new to Australia, the program commenced in February 2017. So far there are three locations within Adelaide. Click on your closest venue to see the timetable and pricing for each term:

The WOW Sensory Centre, Morphett Vale

Woodville

Masonic Hall, Tusmore

You can also check out their Facebook page: Toddler Sense South Australia for more information on their locations and any events coming up.

It is a delight for the senses, at Toddler Sense.
