We provide Capacity Building supports to plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.

Triangle Theory provides Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Paediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) to Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants. Triangle Theory also provides Paediatric OT to Medicare clients and private clients, this could be while a child is awaiting access to the NDIS or if they are unable to get support from the NDIS.

Triangle Theory's services centre on the Health Triangle, which encompasses physical, mental, and social wellbeing and recognises the importance of all three aspects.

The following services are available across Adelaide Metro and the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Support Coordination: Your Support Coordinator will help guide you through the National Disability Insurance Scheme so that you can plan, access the right services and make informed choices about your life.

Paediatric Occupational Therapy: By working closely with you and your support network, our Occupational Therapists gain insights into your strengths and needs and collaborate with your child to maximise their potential.

Our Occupational Therapists can support children with toileting, emotional regulation, sensory integration, routines, and independence and self-care skills.

The dedicated Triangle Theory team is highly experienced in working with children living with a disability or developmental delay and we would love to help any families who may benefit from our support.

We currently have immediate availability to complete Paediatric Functional Capacity Assessments and offer Paediatric Occupational Therapy services across Adelaide Metro and the Fleurieu Peninsula.
