Being a parent can be tough. We are always questioning our methods, wondering if we are doing the right thing by our children. That’s why support groups can be a godsend. Whether they are formal or informal gatherings, they help relieve some of the pressures and stresses of parenthood, and we often realise that we are in the same situation as other parents.

Being a parent of multiples comes with the same fears and concerns, just doubled or tripled. Multiple Births S.A have founded a group called Two Plus & Us. They are a wonderful informal group of parents who meet up on a regular basis to chat, unwind, de-stress and debrief while the children interact with their peers.

Most of the Two Plus & Us groups are held within early childhood settings, which puts your mind at ease knowing that everything is child proof, and the toys are educational and of a good standard – perfect to keep the little ones entertained while you relax and chat with fellow mums and dads.

Are you pregnant with multiples? This would be a great environment for you to ask any and all questions you have about the future with your children.
