Rental Search Australia is a small female-owned relocations business that began in Victoria in 2016. Rental Search Australia helps people secure a rental property from interstate or abroad before they arrive.

Due to overwhelming demand and feedback from past clients, Rental Search Australia is now expanding to Adelaide and looking for passionate Relocation Managers with property management/leasing experience to join their team. All training provided.

As a Rental Search Australia Relocation Manager you will be:

Working with clients to determine which suburbs suit their lifestyle

Helping clients create a quality rental application to submit

Searching for properties that suit the client’s requirements

Inspecting properties on the client’s behalf

Filming walk through video tours of each inspection

Negotiating with agents to secure properties on your clients behalf.

The role is a part-time contract role that can be balanced around school pick-ups and drops-offs and other part time work. You can flex your hours up or down depending on your other commitments.

What we need from you:

A background in Property Management/Leasing/Real Estate

Driver’s license and own car

An iPhone in good condition for filming the walk-through videos

Outstanding customer service skills

Great presentation

Thorough understanding of all the different Adelaide suburbs and what makes them unique
