Make the most of your three-day weekend with some fantastic events in Adelaide.

Can you believe it is already June? It feels like we were celebrating ANZAC Day just last month, and now we are planning activities for the Queen's Birthday Long Weekend.

There are plenty of things to do during the long weekend, such as visiting out many parks and playgrounds, taking a trip to Adelaide Zoo, or Monarto Zoo, or even walking through the beautiful Botanic Gardens.

Running every second Saturday, join Foodi on their interactive Chocolate Walking Tour, where you will discover some of these chocolatiers and gain insight into their craft.
There are also some fabulous festivals and shows around Adelaide that will excite and entertain the family.

If your family loves Trucks and Utes, head on over to SA Truck and Ute Show. There will be over 130 Trucks and Utes lining the main street of Mannum (5238) on Sunday June 10, all hoping to win a prize in their categories.
There will be face painting and a jumping castle for the kids, as well as plenty of food to keep everyone's hunger at bay.

Entry costs $5.

Or bring the whole family to Family Gala on Saturday 9 June, or On Stage 2018 Masterclass Series- Cabaret for your budding performers.

c/o Cabaret Fringe Festival

If you still haven't had enough Cabaret, Cabaret Fringe Festival is coming to Adelaide from 1 June- 24 June, 2018. This is an event to keep as a date night, as the performances are for adults only.
There are burlesque shows, speak easy's, music through the ages, and plenty of multicultural music to be enjoyed.

If you're looking to enjoy some music and wine in the beautiful vineyards in Adelaide, take a drive to McLaren Vale for the Sea and Vines Festival.
The wineries and restaurants around McLaren Vale are opening their doors for some fun festivities, delicious wine, and equally delicious food.
The festival is held all Long Weekend, and there are some fantastic family options available as well. Don't forget to check out Monday 11 June as there are plenty of family friendly events.

Please note: Bookings are required for Saturday and Sunday only.

Whether you are attending one of these events, or making your own fun, Adelaide Mums Group wishes you a fun-filled Queen's Birthday Long Weekend.
