WIN with Shereen Nielsen, the Gentle Sleep and Behaviour Consultant

by BecSorby (follow)
Win with Shereen and learn the underlying factors behind your child’s sleep issues.

Many parents simply don’t understand the sheer power of a good night’s sleep until baby comes along. Facing night after night with interrupted sleep is hard work for the whole family.

You may have heard of a sleep consultant, and it’s likely you think of sleep training and shudder.

Meet Shereen Nielsen: she's a gentle sleep and behaviour consultant with a difference. She uses a practicing model that is significantly different to that of a typical sleep consultant, and she has helped so many parents regain that well-needed sleep.

It’s competition time!

Thanks to Shereen, you could win a Phone Consult valued at $200!

With this package, Shereen will work with you over the phone for the time it takes her to understand the root issues behind your child's sleep and plan to improve their overall sleep.

This consult is usually around 1-2 hours in length, but is uncapped time. You will also receive a full written personalised plan detailing all that is discussed and everything you need to know moving forward, a week worth of text message support to ask questions once you start implementing your changes and an up-to 30 minute support call when you feel like you need to speak with Shereen again!

Simply comment on THIS Facebook post and you could win! Competition closes12pm on Tuesday, 10th March 2020.

Shereen’s focus is managing difficult sleep as the symptom, not the problem.

She understands that sleep for your infant can be hard on parents - you're adjusting to this whole new world of parenting, and a lack of sleep is to be expected and normal…to an extent.

But what is not normal? Sleep shouldn’t be so problematic, and if it is, there must be something causing it to be hard, making the difficult sleep the symptom.

And what causes sleeping to be difficult? Well, that depends on the child! Every single child is different. Shereen will take the time to get to know you and your family so she can identify the root cause and solve the problem.

Sometimes this cause easy to see, and sometimes, it takes a detailed conversation to identify the issue. She offers several services from a FREE 15 minute chat, to an overnight consultation.

Whatever the cause, Shereen will find it and solve the issue!

So what exactly does she look for? There are a few things. These include the below - and remember that sometimes there can be more than one cause!

Environmental factors
Structural issues
Intolerances or allergies
Medical issues
Physiological issues
Dietary or Milk Feeding
Behavioural factors
Developmental stages

With help from Shereen, you can get to the heart of the issue behind why sleep is so difficult for your child, and then together, you can plan accordingly and treat the problem.

It is this approach that will bring long-term results for you and your child, meaning more sleep each night, improved physical and emotional wellbeing and better bonding with your child.

She will also cover some vital points related to sleep, and assist you to implement gentle sleep guidance methods which are supportive to your child and respectful to your parenting style.

If you’re ready to find out why sleep is hard for your child and you want to improve the issue using a gentle approach, Shereen can help! Get in touch today at her website, or email hello@shereennielsen.com
