Got a teen struggling with body image, self esteem and confidence? This is the workshop for them.
It is not easy being a teenage girl in an age dominated by social messages about how we should look.
Young Minds SA aims to EMPOWER girls to start 2020 with a self confident bang!
The Body Project is for females aged 13-19 years and aims to empower girls to challenge the ideals of beauty and foster critical thinking of media about appearance.
Using evidence based strategies over two sessions, The Body Project is designed to help support females in developing healthy body image while changing how they think about social messages.
The Body Project is ideal for any teen girl struggling with body image and will be held on Tuesday, 21st January and Wednesday, 22nd January 2020 from 10am to 12pm. The cost is $200 per participant.
